HERAZUR LLC / STITCH ATELIER
Stitch Atelier privacy policy
Effective October 20, 2026
This policy explains how Herazur LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in Stitch Atelier, our sewing-themed button-connect puzzle game for Android. It is published on Google Play as Stitch Atelier: Button Puzzle (package com.hera.games.stitchatelierpuzzle).
Summary
- There is no account or sign-in. Your progress and settings are saved only on your device.
- We do not run servers for the game, and the game does not send your progress or settings to us.
- The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Google collects device and ad-interaction information to show and measure those ads, as described below.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Game progress and settings (on your device only)
The game saves the highest level you have unlocked, the stars you earned on each level, win streaks, badges, collected items, completed-level counts, which tips you have already seen, whether you have been asked to rate the game, and your sound and language choices. This is stored in the app’s private storage on your phone so you can continue where you left off. It is not uploaded to us. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include this saved progress in your device backup to your Google account.
Advertising information (collected by Google)
To show ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) in the game collects your IP address (which can indicate your approximate location), your device’s advertising ID and app set ID, device and app information such as device model, operating system version, and language, and your interactions with ads, such as views and taps, together with diagnostic information about ad loading. Google uses this to serve and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud, and, where you have allowed it, personalize ads. This information goes directly to Google; we receive only aggregated ad reports. See Advertising for your choices.
Sharing your score
If you tap Share score or Share collection, the game opens Android’s share sheet with a short text message about your result. You choose where to send it. We do not receive the message or know who you send it to.
Ratings
After you complete five levels, the game may show Google Play’s in-app rating dialog once. The rating is handled entirely by Google Play, and the game is not told whether or how you rated it.
What we do not collect
The game does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number, and it does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. It does not include analytics or crash-reporting tools, and it has no in-app purchases.
Permissions
Internet and network state: loading ads. Advertising ID and Android ad services: added by Google’s ads SDK so it can use your advertising ID and Android’s privacy-preserving ad measurement features. Wake lock and foreground service: added by the ads SDK for short background tasks. The game does not request any permission that shows a prompt, such as camera, location, or notifications.
Advertising
Stitch Atelier is free and shows two kinds of ads, both provided by Google AdMob:
- Rewarded ads are optional. You can choose to watch one to get extra moves, fill your needle, shuffle the board, or get a hint.
- Interstitial ads are full-screen ads that can appear after a level ends, at most once every two or three finished levels.
When you first open the game, Google’s consent tool checks whether your consent is required. If you are in a region where it is, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google’s consent form asks for your choices before ads are loaded, and ads are requested only when the consent tool allows it. Where you have privacy choices to change, a shield button labeled Privacy options appears at the top of the home screen; tap it to review or change your choices at any time.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads or Settings → Google → Ads), and you can manage ad personalization in Google’s My Ad Center (opens in a new tab). To learn how Google uses information from apps that show its ads, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services (opens in a new tab).
How we use information
Game progress and settings are used on your device to run the game: unlocking levels, showing your stars, badges, and collection, and remembering your sound and language choices. Advertising information is used by Google to show, measure, and protect the ads that keep the game free. We use the aggregated ad reports Google gives us to understand how ads perform. If you email us, we use your message and email address to reply.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that process it on our behalf to run the game:
- Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform): ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, and collecting your consent choices. It receives the advertising information described above.
- Google Play: app distribution and the optional in-app rating dialog.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users or others. We do not sell personal information.
Where data is processed
Your game progress stays on your device. Advertising information is processed by Google in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Google’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Game progress and settings stay on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the game. We do not keep a copy. Advertising information is kept by Google according to Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). If you email us, we keep the conversation for as long as needed to help you.
Deleting your data
Stitch Atelier has no accounts, so there is no account to delete and we hold no game data about you. To delete everything the game has saved, open Android Settings → Apps → Stitch Atelier: Puzzle → Storage & cache → Clear storage, or uninstall the game. This permanently erases your progress and settings; it cannot be undone.
To stop the advertising ID used for ads from being linked to past activity, delete or reset it in your Android ad settings as described under Advertising. For data held by Google, use Google’s own tools or contact Google.
If you have questions about deleting your data, email support@herazur.us with the subject “Stitch Atelier data deletion”.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can change your ad consent choices with the Privacy options button and delete your game data as described above. For other requests, contact us at the address below. We aim to respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Your game progress is kept in the app’s private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read, and the game does not send it to us. Advertising data is handled by Google under its own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Stitch Atelier is a casual puzzle game for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game itself does not ask players for any personal information; ads are provided by Google AdMob as described above. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
