HERAZUR LLC / MATRIS

Matris privacy policy

This policy explains how Herazur LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in Matris (shown on your phone as “Azura: Matris Numeroloji”), a numerology app that turns your birth date into short, AI-written reflection guidance. Matris is published on Google Play (package com.azura.matris).

Summary

Information we collect

Account information

If you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication receives your Google account ID, email address, name, and profile picture link. If you sign up with email, it stores your email address and your password in a form we cannot read. We use your account to verify requests for AI analyses and to link your Premium subscription to you.

Profile you enter

Your birth date and, if you choose to enter them, your birth time, birth place, gender, focus area (for example work and money, or relationships), and life status (for example student or employed). Your profile is stored on your phone.

AI analyses

When you open a matrix, compare two people, or ask your own question, the app sends your profile details (not your name or email address) to our server, which passes them to Google’s Gemini API together with the instructions for the analysis. For a relationship comparison, the other person’s birth date and, if entered, their birth time, birth place, gender, focus area, and life status are sent as well. For a personal question (Premium), the text of your question is sent.

Our server keeps a copy of each matrix result, linked to your account, so that the same request returns the same answer without calling the AI again: for 24 hours with Premium, or 7 days for the free Fate Matrix. For personal questions, it keeps the question, the answer, and how many questions you have asked that day, linked to your account. It also keeps per-account usage counters, such as how many analyses you created today and when your next free Fate Matrix is available, to apply daily limits.

Information that stays on your phone

Your profile, the daily guide and your check-ins on it (whether you did the step, whether it helped, and any note you write), the last 90 days of these check-ins, your saved analyses archive, reminder settings, language, and other app preferences are stored on your device, separately for each account. They are not uploaded to our servers.

Purchases

If you buy Premium, Google Play processes the payment and we never see your card details. RevenueCat tells our app and our server whether your subscription is active, linked to your account’s user ID. When RevenueCat sends us purchase events (for example a purchase, trial, renewal, cancellation, or refund), we store the event with the product, price, currency, country code, store transaction identifiers, and a one-way hashed form of your user ID.

Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used, for example that onboarding was completed, a matrix was generated, the paywall was viewed, or a purchase failed. Events include your plan (free, signed-in, or Premium), your focus area and life status, your language, the length of a personal question, and, when you are signed in, your account’s user ID. Firebase Analytics also collects an app instance identifier and device information such as model, operating system version, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Your birth date, birth time, birth place, question text, and check-in notes are not included in analytics events.

Advertising data

If you do not have Premium, Google AdMob receives your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device information, and how you interact with ads. See Advertising.

Notifications

Daily or weekly reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send them from a server and do not collect a push token for them.

Server logs

Our server logs technical details of requests, such as the number of AI tokens used and error codes. Your profile and questions are not written to these logs.

Permissions

Notifications: asked for when you turn on reminders. Run at startup: lets scheduled reminders survive a restart of your phone. Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics. Internet and Google Play Billing: AI analyses, sign-in, and purchases. You can change notification permission in your device settings at any time.

How we use information

We use information to sign you in; generate the numerology analyses you request; enforce free and Premium limits; provide and restore Premium; show and measure ads to users without Premium; send the reminders you choose; understand and improve how the app is used; keep the service secure and prevent abuse; respond to your requests; and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Advertising

Users without Premium see a banner ad on the home screen and, at times, a full-screen ad when they return to the app. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which uses your advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interactions to deliver, limit, and measure ads, prevent fraud, and may use them to personalize ads. Premium removes these ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings under Privacy → Ads (the exact path depends on your device). Learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services at Google’s partner sites page (opens in a new tab).

Service providers

We share information only with providers that process it to run the app:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users or others. We do not sell personal information.

Where data is processed

The app calls our server functions in Google Cloud’s europe-west1 region (Belgium). Firebase, Google Gemini, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Deleting your account

To delete your Matris account and the data stored with it on our servers, email support@herazur.us from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Matris account deletion”. We will delete your sign-in account, your personal questions and their answers, your stored results, and your usage counters, ask RevenueCat to delete the purchase profile linked to your account, and confirm by email. We aim to do this within 30 days. Purchase records that the law requires us to keep, and records held by Google Play, may be retained as required.

To remove data from your phone, open Settings → Reset Data, which removes your profile and generated results from this device and signs you out. You can delete saved analyses one by one under Settings → Saved analyses & reading view. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes everything stored on the device. Signing out, resetting data, or uninstalling does not delete your account on our servers.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription: cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can view and edit your profile in the app. For other requests, contact us at the address below. We aim to respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. The app cannot read or write our database directly: every request goes through our server functions, which check your sign-in, and Premium access is verified on our server with RevenueCat. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Matris is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Not professional advice

Matris offers symbolic, numerology-based guidance for reflection and entertainment. Scores are interpretations, not measured probabilities or predictions, and AI-written text can be wrong. Matris does not provide financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. Use your own judgement and qualified help for decisions that matter.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
